Over the last 12 weeks, I have been testing and developing a Fastpitch Softball Pitcher Velocity build throwing program. It started as part curiosity, and part obsession with giving players answers to questions that need better answers. First and foremost we wanted to make sure we were keeping the training and athletes as safe as possible. Secondly, we wanted to guide the athletes into not only getting stronger but improving their movement quality with foundational principles applied by underload/overload training programs. The time has come for you to see the results of that program. While I wasn't surprised, I was very encouraged with the results of our athletes. So encouraged I am expanding the Velo Lab Online Remote Training programs to included Fastpitch softball pitcher training programs.
