The Training Thesis is Simple
Players with more power get better results. Hitting or pitching; power plays.
What We Aim To Achieve
Provide the best tools, feedback technology, & training so that each athlete can reach their own individual potential. Every player is different but each player deserves the opportunity to chase their potential. We will pursue the most optimal training environment without ego or bias.
Provide a training culture and environment that facilitates opportunities for young men and women to take on leadership roles amongst their peers. Sport is a great environment for leadership qualities to be developed.
Develop a love and passion for hard work, training and the pursuit of excellence in their given craft. This passion will not only push them forward in sport but also in life.
We do not subscribe to cookie cutter mechanics and we do not force our athletes to all swing the same way.
Every hitter moves differently, feels differently, and we will work with the individual need of the athlete to help optimize YOUR swing. The best mechanics are YOUR mechanics. We aim to create an environment where we give our athletes all of the tools to succeed and then give them the freedom to explore it. The main focus of our program is to help our hitters hit the ball harder and be more consistently in the air at the plate. The primary tools in our program are our overload training bats help our hitters use the right parts of their bodies in order to swing harder while not over swinging. We will also use underload implements to train faster bat speed.
Better Feedback. Better Training
Using The Best Technology To Assess Training Output
Technology Our Athletes Use
Diamond Kinetics Swing Sensors
Hittrax Batted Ball Tracking System
Swing Speed Radar
Rapsodo Pitch Tracking System
Never take a swing, or throw a ball that isn’t measured. Learn to compete against yourself, and become self motivated to chase your potential. You vs. You. Better Today than yesterday, better tomorrow than today
The Qualities of Elite Pitchers
INTENT to throw the ball hard
Elite Rotational Speed and Sequencing
Self Optimized Arm Action
We design throwing training programs to develop all of these traits simultaneously in each athlete.
We do not force our athletes into a preconceived pitching mechanical model
The most important element to develop pitchers is arm health. If a pitcher doesn't have a sound arm care plan and routine the we are running the risk of injury at any moment. Sound arm care routines is our top priority in both baseball and softball! Sticking to our training thesis, we aim to develop a pitchers fastball first. Every pitcher moves differently, feels differently, and we will work with the individual need of the athlete to help optimize YOUR pitching mechanics. The best mechanics are YOUR mechanics. Through constant research and development we aim to create an environment where we give our athletes all of the tools to succeed and then give them the freedom to explore them. Along with our arm care tools, the primary training tool in our program are plyocare balls. We feel that with these tools and through this process we will give each player the opportunity to self optimize their throwing motion and chase their limitless potential.
Using Rapsodo To Refine a Pitcher's Pitch Arsenal
A dashboard of 8 real-time pitch metrics
Watch the ball trajectory as it trails through the strike zone
Steer the 3D ball path from the side, top or catcher views
Track progress over time with historical and statistical analysis
Rapsodo is used to refine a pitcher's training with easy-to-comprehend and useful data so that pitchers have a better understanding of what they are throwing. The device involves a single monitor on a tripod that can measure velocity, total spin rate, true spin, spin efficiency, tilt axis and break, using a combination of camera and radar technology to measure the pitch data.
Training Programs Designed For All Levels
We offer training services from the most basic beginner just starting out in the game to the highest level elite professional athlete. The most important part of any training program is starting, and we look forward to helping you with that. Train for a day. Train for a week. Train for a month. Train for a year. We offer lots of training options for hitters and pitchers in both baseball and softball. All of our in-house training is measured and backed by the best technology in the industry. I am so confident that you will be satisfied with the training that we back all of it with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Curiosity, this is what defines me and my journey. As most coaches will validate themselves as coaches with their playing careers, I believe that my playing career is completely irrelevant to helping you with your journey as a player, other than I have been there and I know how it feels.
